I'm Glad You Are Here!

I’m Twana, a proud 6th-grade math teacher, podcast-obsessed realist, and 2024–2025 Teacher of the Year on a mission to help other teachers ditch the chaos and finally feel in control of their classrooms again.

After years of juggling behavior issues, early finisher distractions, and the pressure to “make it fun” while still meeting standards, I knew something had to change. So I built classroom systems that work—for my students and me.

In my classroom, routines have a purpose, math has real-world meaning, and even reluctant learners find their stride. I’ve created a Classroom Economy where students earn, spend, and take ownership—and it’s become the heartbeat of my room.

Now, I help other middle school math teachers do the same. My resources are designed to:
