Here's How I Can Help!
Support That Goes Beyond the Surface
Tools That Build Math Confidence and Classroom Control

👉 I’ve learned that when students understand expectations and have a reason to care, behavior improves. My Classroom Cash system builds that buy-in without adding to your plate.
Â
Â
Â

👉 When students have clear roles, real rewards, and engaging tasks, they step up. That’s why I create self-checking activities and student-driven systems that make effort part of the routine.
Â
Â
Â

👉 I’ve learned that early finisher chaos disappears when students have purposeful tasks they want to complete. My go-to early finisher activities are skill-based, low-prep, and easy to differentiate—so you can keep the learning going without stopping your lesson.Â

Why My Approach WorksÂ
I don’t create resources for picture-perfect classrooms. I create them for teachers like you—juggling behaviors, pacing guides, missing assignments, and kids who swear they “just don’t do math.”
I’ve learned that it’s not about having more strategies—it’s about having the right ones that work consistently, without burning you out.
Here’s what makes my approach different:
✔️ It’s not just engaging—it’s effective
Fun matters. But if students aren’t learning and growing, it’s just fluff. Everything I make is aligned to standards and builds the confidence your students need to actually get better at math.
✔️ Activities that meet students where they are
Whether your students are struggling, soaring, or somewhere in between, my resources are built to support all learners without 10 different lesson plans.
✔️ Accountability creates ownership
Jobs, class cash, and routines give students purpose. They stop relying on you for every next step and start managing themselves (yes, even that student).
✔️ Tools that work with your current curriculum
You don’t need to start over. My projects, systems, and routines plug right into what you’re already doing—with less stress and more results.
✔️Structure beats chaos—every time
When your classroom systems are clear and consistent, everything runs smoother. You get fewer interruptions, stronger participation, and more time to teach.

Hey Teacher Friends!
I’m Twana, a proud 6th-grade math teacher, True Crime podcast-obsessed girl, and 2024–2025 Distinguished Teacher of the Year on a mission to help other teachers ditch the craziness and finally feel in control of their classrooms again.
After years of juggling behavior issues, early finisher distractions, and the pressure to “make it fun” while still meeting standards, I knew something had to change. So I built classroom systems that work—for students and me.
In my classroom, routines have a purpose, math has real-world meaning, and even reluctant learners find their stride. I’ve created a Classroom Economy where students earn, spend, and take ownership—and it’s become the heartbeat of my room.
Now, I help other middle school math teachers do the same. My resources are designed to:
âś… Keep early finishers busy with a purpose
âś… Reinforce math concepts through real-world PBL
âś… Build classroom culture with low-maintenance systems
âś… Save your time without sacrificing student success
If you’re ready for practical solutions, less stress, and a class full of motivated students—I’m your girl.
